Shipping policy
Orders in Costa Rica are delivered within 2 to 4 business days. We always try to ensure it arrives as quickly as possible! These times may vary during promotional events and/or special dates. Occasionally, the timeframe specified in this section may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control.
Purchases made on weekends and Costa Rican bank holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders will be delivered between Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 6 pm.
If we are unable to supply any product in the order due to a lack of stock or inventory of any selected items, we may, at its discretion, cancel the order and/or only deliver the products that are available. Naturally, we will contact you immediately, and the money will be refunded to the payment method used for the order as soon as possible.
It is important to clarify that the products we offer may sell out; however, we will always do our best to ensure a satisfactory shopping experience and offer alternatives with substitute or similar products.
Delivery method: Shipping
Shipments within the Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM) will mostly be carried out through private couriers, and outside the GAM through Correos de Costa Rica.
When delivery is made through Correos de Costa Rica, you can track the shipment status at this link. The tracking number will be sent via an email from us once the order has been dispatched.
Free shipping
In Costa Rica, we offer free shipping for purchases over USD $100.00. For selected worldwide countries and territories, free shipping is offered for purchases over USD $150.00
If the total purchase is less than the amounts indicated above, the shipping cost will be shown at checkout.
