Halloween has always been my favourite celebration. There’s something about the costumes, the colours, and the overall sense of fun that brings out the child in me. This year, I wanted to bring that energy to the tennis court. So, I began working on a special Halloween-themed women’s outfit that would be perfect for the season yet still functional for play.
It all started with a simple sketch. I wanted the design to be playful but also sleek enough to stand out on the court. The classic jack-o’-lantern face was the perfect inspiration. The final design features a bright orange top with a bold pumpkin face—just enough Halloween spirit without being over-the-top.
The real magic, however, lies in the details. The shirt has a patterned side panel with rows of mini jack-o’-lanterns, adding an extra layer of festive fun. Both the shirt and the matching black skirt also have a small “Trick or Treat” legend with a playful cat on the back—a little surprise that makes the outfit even more special.
As a designer, I love adding hidden elements like these. They may not be immediately obvious, but they enrich the garment, adding something fun for you to discover while you play.
Seeing the design come to life, from sketches to the final product, has been an incredible journey. I wanted this outfit to capture the fun, childlike energy of Halloween while ensuring it embodies our commitment to creating unique, high-quality tennis apparel for women who want to stand out on and off the court.
